Our Kiskadee Restaurant which overlooks our pool prepares an array of dishes that includes a selection of Creole food -Guyanese curries, Pepper pot (an Amerindian dish), Southern American meals. Our well trained chefs are tailored to use a wide blend of species at the same time being health conscious in the preparation of each and every meal. Our Kitchen is transparent as you sit and enjoy a beverage and as you await your meal you can see how it’s professional and hygienically prepared.
The Kiskadee Sports bar offers extensive assortments of Cocktails, Mocktails, Shooters, Milkshakes, many brands of beers both local and imported, juices and much more. Our bartenders and waiters/waitress are versatile and multitalented in ensuring you received a prompt and reliable service, and if you just want to surprise your quench for a cocktail, they can mix one with the rum/vodka of your preference and shake a version that fits your personality poured into a glass.
